You will have the opportunity to help us pick, with nets and rakes, the olives which we will subsequently press to get our extra virgin olive oil, guest star of all our dishes.

The event includes:

Introduction to the different olives, participation in the harvest, visit to the mill, tasting of the oil on  different specialty breads: from Castelvetrano black bread to other special breads made with selected Sicilian wheats, all from organic farms. 


  • Availability: during the olive harvest period from mid October until mid november, booking mandatory
